Its closeness to the city of Tarragona and to one of the most charming and beautiful beaches of the Costa Dorada, the Platja Llarga, make Parc de Llevant Residential a privileged enclave. An innovative and Mediterranean design
In Parc de Llevant, the Mediterranean is always present. The own houses shows an innovative architectural concept at the service of the Mediterranean lifestyle. For this reason, the sun and the sunshine are extremely important in our houses of Parc de Llevant. Encouragement of life outside and the natural light inside were two goals when we designed Parc de Llevant, showed in the distribution of houses and its intercommunication between internal and external spaces. So, we made easier to enjoy the attractions of the light, the sun, the climate and the Mediterranean environment all the year.
A modern construction: New concepts and materials
The houses are based on a light and resistant building, with new concepts and materials, a rational layout, and an exceptional heat and sound insulation that shows the great quality of our houses. The designed facades, with a predominance of straight lines, have been built with noble materials, matching for single coat of plaster with natural stone facing and wooden details. Roofs have the maximum insulation. The efectiveness of the design is guaranteed with the maximum insulation and soundproofing, the same way as large windows, manufacturated in stainless aluminium colour and double glazed. In Parc de Llevant we have a new building concept before us, where everything is designed to guarantee a perfect home state with the minimum of maintenance.
Technical installations
For a practical and comfortable home
A complete electrical and lighting installation in the house and garden, with 6 independent circuits and a TV and telephone network that covers all rooms (except bathrooms) have been thought out to provide total convenience and independence from the people who live at home. Also, with the heating system with hot-water radiators, combining with the optional installation of air-conditioning, you will have the maximum comfort during all the year, according to your tastes and needs, effectively and economically.
Security systems
In Parc de Llevant you will always live peaceful. Our houses in Parc de Llevant have a security system with intruder alarm connected a central point. Moreover, they have a system simulating the presence of two lights, programmed to come on when you are away. They also have smoke detection and technical alarm system for water and gas leaks, with automatic cut-off system, and fire alarm service, which generates a phone call to another telephone or mobile in your absence. Also if you would be out of home, the house is able to divert the call from the door phone to your mobile.
Energy Management
Parc de Llenvant is a prived residential equiped with its own alertness service formed by specialized professionals. Together with the service of alertness, the owners can contract an additional service of keys' custody.
The housings have safety systems with alarm of intrusion connected to a head office. In addition, all the houses have a simulation of presence system with two programmed points of light. The housings have also a system to make an instant call to a fix or mibile telephone in case of smoke, water and gas leaks when the owner is out of the house.
Energy Management
Thanks to the maximum optimisation of resources and its technology of the energy optimisation system, a considerable overall energy saving is achieved. For optimal management, this system takes into account factors such as the presence of the user at home, the season of the year and the control of other systems through a central programmer. Buildings in Parc de Llevant have an air-conditioning and watering system with connection and disconnection by telephone.
Wide and functional spaces
Enjoy a home without obstacles. In Parc de Llevant the greatest care has been taken to make easier living and moving around. Our objective was to build homes with a rational, comfortable, practical and functional layout. The conception of homes in Parc de Llevant is open outwards, so you will find an external summer dining room connected to the dining-living room, the kitchen and the garden.
